Frank Cubis hurt

Frank Cubis was knocked off his bike this morning and seriously hurt - I currently have no real information about his status, but it is very unlikely that he will be able to fulfil any of his timekeeping commitments in the near future.

For any further information contact Lisa at Kingston Phoenix.

New Time Keepers Workshop

Through London South District CTT, Mike Kilby (Lewes Wanderers) and Su Balcombe (Brighton Excel) are running a New Time Keepers workshop again this year.

It’s being held on 29th March, and the venue is at St Paul’s Methodist Church Hall, Woodfield Road, Northgate, Crawley.

Please be at the hall for a 7:30pm start.

Please can you let me know if you or any of your clubs mates would like to attend so that we have an idea on numbers, also if you email can you put your club name somewhere in the text.

If you have access to your club stopwatches, please can you bring them with you so that you can get used to using them, although I do have a few spare for you to borrow on the night.

We look forward to seeing you on the 29th

Brighton Excelsior CC early Season 11s - 18th Jan

Just a gentle reminder that the Brighton Excelsior Cycling Club early Season 11’s is coming up very soon.

If January is just too soon to start thinking about real training then a club ride might be more realistic and what better place to come for a bacon butty and a cuppa to meet old friends and make new, ‘chew the fat’ and compare expanding waist lines while ticking off your upcoming race calendar than Washington village hall between 10:15am – 11:45am on the 18th January.

We would all love to see you there.
