London South District Council administers all Time Trialling in an area from South London down to the South Coast, bounded by the A3 in the West & the A21 in the East.

Ken Atkins died suddenly, of a heart attack, whilst out on his bike on Friday April 29th 2005. The funeral is to be held on Friday May 6th 2005 at Worth Crematorium, Crawley, Surrey at 12 noon.
